Pengaruh Bias Algoritma dan Kepatuhan terhadap Regulasi Digital terhadap Moderasi Beragama dengan Kepercayaan terhadap Teknologi sebagai Variabel Intervening di Era Artificial Intelligence

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Bias Algoritma dan Kepatuhan Regulasi Digital terhadap Kepercayaan terhadap Teknologi serta Moderasi Beragama, sekaligus mengevaluasi peran mediasi Kepercayaan terhadap Teknologi dalam hubungan antara Bias Algoritma maupun Kepatuhan Regulasi Digital dengan Moderasi Beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei dan mengumpulkan data dari 150 responden melalui accidental sampling di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Instrumen penelitian dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan Reflective–Formative Type II, dan data dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bias Algoritma dan Kepatuhan Regulasi Digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan terhadap Teknologi, namun pengaruh langsung ketiga variabel terhadap Moderasi Beragama tidak signifikan. Selain itu, Kepercayaan terhadap Teknologi tidak memediasi hubungan antara Bias Algoritma maupun Kepatuhan Regulasi Digital dengan Moderasi Beragama secara signifikan. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur mengenai interaksi antara algoritma, regulasi digital, dan kepercayaan teknologi dalam konteks pembentukan sikap moderat beragama, sekaligus menekankan pentingnya faktor sosial dan konten dalam memengaruhi moderasi beragama.
